My name is Teresa Carter and I am the Vice President/Owner of Carter Timber and Land, Inc.

In 1993, Ted and I began this business together,  I also owned and managed my own Real Estate Brokerage know as Carter Realty for approx. 5 years. Upon relocation to Savannah, I chose not  to open another Real Estate Office and chose instead to place my TN and MS  Broker’s License in Retirement and began full time with Carter Timber and Land again. I currently manage  the responsibilities of the office while Ted focuses on the purchasing and sales of the properties.
