For nearly 20 years Carter Timber and Land, Inc. has been specializing in the purchasing and selling of farmland, timberland and more in the west TN area and surrounding states. We have properties that offer a variety of scenic and working functions, as well as investment and recreational purposes. Some of our farmland and ranch land for sale is ideal for livestock and row crop farming. Our Tennessee hunting properties offer amazing scenery with exceptional wildlife and running water for hunting and fishing. In addition, we also offer Tennessee and Mississippi timberland, which is full of rich forested land with blocks of private timber.

We are not a Real Estate Brokerage. We sell exclusively premier principally owned timberland, ranch land, commercial property and residential property. We are also active in the acquisition and the development of these same properties.

On our website you’ll find only a portion of our properties. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for, let me know. It may be the case that we simply don’t have it listed, or are in the process of acquiring something that will better suit your needs.
